



This Introductory, One-Day Training is designed to meet the needs of participants so it involves some prior consultation. It is suitable for anyone working in any kind of “helping” capacity.
It introduces the elements of skillful facilitation, and creates scenarios in which people can practice intervening in typical situations and receive feedback on their strengths and weaknesses.
The content of the training depends on whether they need help with one-to-one or group situations, although there are significant overlaps.
