The learning on this 3-day, Intermediate Training includes and goes beyond the content of the Six Category workshop. It enables people to:

·  Learn a comprehensive repertoire of interventions

·  Have a model of what it is to be a skilful facilitator in one-to-one situations

·  Be more aware of verbal and nonverbal behaviour and communication

·  Increase awareness of, and confidence in working with, the seen and unseen dimensions of facilitation.

The extra day also gives time to address issues that are directly connected to people’s working situation, and for self and peer assessment of strengths, weaknesses and plans for action.
