Jo May-Prussak

has been involved in groupwork since 1972. Formerly an actor, he was then a research psychologist in non-verbal communication at the University of Surrey.

His experience includes training with many of the originators within the Human Potential Movement, running Interpersonal Skills Development and Facilitator Trainings in the UK and Baltic States, and designing and delivering innovative Diploma courses in Personal and Facilitator Development for the Institute for the Development of Human Potential (IDHP), the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), and Facilitator Development Associates (FDA), of which he was a founder member.

He is an accredited Core Process psychotherapist (an approach informed by Buddhist Psychology), and a supervisor to individuals, groups and organisations.

Jo was for 25 years Founder-Director of the Centre for Alternative Education and Research (CAER) which was one of the first, and longest running centres for personal and professional development in Europe.
