New for 2006, a series of three, one-day workshops at the inspiring Eden Project. Suitable for anyone who works with people in some kind of facilitative capacity.

This is typically a one day event which provides basic helping skills. It assumes no prior experience of interpersonal skills training. The training is pitched at the level of the participants.
Six Category Intervention Analysis
A two day introductory training to give people a basic toolkit of interventions and a model of good practice for any situation in which they are expected to intervene professionally with another person.
Effective Intervention Training
Similar to Six Category above, but includes an extra day for shaping the training to participants specific needs and introducing the Process Circle below.
This training focuses on the spiritual dimensions of facilitation in a down-to-earth yet powerful way. It uses a method based on ancient traditional teachings, yet it is easily learned, and can be applied to a huge range of settings.
This 3 plus 2 day training is suitable for anyone who works with people in groups. This includes groups with a personal development or training focus, but it is also applicable to any form of groupwork.
Certificate in Facilitator Development
A one-year course consisting of a three-day workshop every two months. This level of contact allows for a deeper and richer level of personal and professional learning. Prior experience necessary.
Diploma in Facilitator Development
Only open to those who have completed the Certificate course above. Participants assist in facilitating the next intake on the Certificate, whilst also maintaining their own integrity as an independent group. A stretching and incredibly rewarding experience.

We can provide courses residentially, or day-long in-house, or in our own choice of settings.
