Developing People belongs to a tradition of progressive education that pioneered the facilitation of personal and professional development in Europe.
It has evolved over more than 25 years through intensive courses in personal development and facilitation skills with the Centre for Alternative Education and Research (CAER), the Institute for the Development of Human Potential (IDHP), Facilitator Development Associates (FDA), and most recently Facilitator Development International. Of the 1000’s of graduates many have developed their own trainings and organisations worldwide.
Developing People is fronted by Jo May-Prussak but can draw on a network of associates as necessary. For now, Jo offers a flexible range of initiatives and courses, brief and long-term, introductory and advanced, in-house and extra-mural.
The aim is to enable people, from any background, to emerge, unfold their potential, and be more effective personally and professionally -in a way that is enlightening, profound and inspiring.
